89th Street Reconstruction
Centered on renewing aging infrastructure along 89th Street, the project includes reconstruction of deep and shallow utilities, asphalt resurfacing, and other key civil improvements throughout the corridor in Osoyoos.
Work was driven by the need to replace underground services, improve drainage, and restore the road corridor to current municipal standards.

LAKESHORE 4
Acting as the Prime Contractor, TwinCon provided qualified labour, materials, and equipment to complete roadway, utility, streetscape, and landscaping improvements along Lakeshore Road. Project included:
- Installation of approximately 55 LM of 200mm PVC watermain, including tie-ins to the existing distribution system, hydrant installation, gate valve installation, AC-to-PVC transitions, service reconnections, and abandonment of existing AC watermain sections.
- Construction and modification of storm drainage infrastructure, including new catch basins, catch basin leads, inspection chambers, storm service tie-ins, and relocation of existing drainage structures.
- Completion of extensive earthworks and roadway excavation, including asphalt removal, sub-excavation, disposal of unsuitable materials, subgrade preparation, and granular road structure installation.
- Reconstruction of roadway surfaces including asphalt paving, raised bike lane construction, pavement milling, road markings, delineators, and traffic signage upgrades.

Okanagan Gondola
Acting as Prime Contractor, TwinCon Enterprises Ltd. completed the Okanagan Gondola Civil Works project in Vernon, BC, delivering roadway stabilization and site development works to support both summit and base station infrastructure. The project required coordination of blasting, earthworks, and road rehabilitation within a mountainous environment to improve access, safety, and long-term performance of the site.
Construction involved full-depth road rehabilitation and asphalt resurfacing, alongside controlled rock blasting to facilitate foundation construction and optimize site geometry. Skaha Hills Highway 97 Intersection Improvements
Located along the shores of Skaha Lake, this project involved complex intersection realignment and highway improvements within environmentally and culturally sensitive areas. The work required staged construction and detour routing to maintain full highway access, along with a detailed traffic management plan and coordination of archaeological mitigation throughout the construction corridor.
The project combined large-scale civil earthworks, extensive underground utility installation, marine works, and shoreline protection measures delivered under active environmental constraints and variable lake conditions.
Scope of Work Includes:
- 14,350 m³ of bulk excavation and 1.17 ha of site clearing and grubbing, including off-site material management and disposal
- 5,400 m² of cold milling, pavement removal, and precision roadway cuts
- Placement of approximately 2,700 tonnes of hot mix asphalt (bottom and top lifts)
- Installation of 700+ m of storm sewer (200–1050 mm), sanitary sewer, and watermain infrastructure, including utility decommissioning and upgrades

South Basin Drainage Improvements
Acting as Prime Contractor, TwinCon Enterprises Ltd. supplied qualified labour, materials, and equipment to deliver a technically complex storm main improvement project featuring large-scale horizontal directional drilling (HDD) through bedrock and environmentally sensitive areas.
The project required precision drilling within a constrained corridor, with continuous monitoring and control of drilling parameters to maintain alignment accuracy, bore stability, and environmental protection throughout construction. Works were carefully sequenced to manage rock excavation conditions and minimize disturbance to surrounding areas.
In addition to HDD installation, the project included storm drainage upgrades, structural works, and full site restoration.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Installation of 150 m of 600 mm HDPE storm main via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) through bedrock

Sumac Road – Erosion Repairs
Acting as Prime Contractor, TwinCon Enterprises Ltd. completed a major erosion repair and slope stabilization project on Sumac Road. The works addressed significant embankment failure and riverbank erosion, restoring roadway integrity while implementing long-term erosion protection measures within an environmentally sensitive watercourse corridor.
Construction required in-stream work site isolation, environmental monitoring, and coordination of timing restrictions, including bird nesting considerations. The project combined roadway reconstruction, drainage upgrades, and engineered riverbank stabilization using riprap, geosynthetics, and large woody debris (LWD) to restore and protect the affected slope.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Supply and installation of 500 kg riprap for slope revetment and riverbank stabilization
- Supply and installation of geosynthetic materials for erosion control and embankment reinforcement

Yellowknife Lift Station #1 Replacement
Acting as Prime Contractor, Industra Construction Group completed a complex deep underground infrastructure project in Yellowknife, involving significant excavation and installation works within confined areas while maintaining full operational continuity of existing services. The project required careful planning and execution of deep trenching, specialized insulated piping systems, and staged tie-ins to minimize disruption in a challenging environment.
Construction included approximately 6,400 m³ of excavation to depths of up to 10 m in confined conditions, alongside installation of pre-insulated force mains, sanitary sewer systems, and water infrastructure. The works also involved integration with existing systems through stainless steel spool tie-ins to precast chambers, as well as decommissioning of existing infrastructure. Overnight tie-ins were strategically executed to maintain uninterrupted service throughout construction.
