This is a 35-lot subdivision in the heart of Penticton. This project included total site stabilization as the property was previously a landfill. This included excavating down over 10 meters, removing materials as per the guidelines of the landfill, and refilling the area with 10,000 m3 of fill, ensuring the meeting of proper density standards while maintaining a peaceful neighbourhood.
